Position Summary

This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.

All employees are expected to implement THF-HMC’s goal which is to enhance the lives of individuals in every Texas county by establishing housing, services, and employment opportunities.

Requirements

• Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
