Seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for a 180 unit Affordable Housing apartment community located in Georgetown, Texas. The successful candidate will ensure properties are maintained appropriately, market properties and screen prospective tenants. You will balance the needs of property owners with those of tenants to achieve occupancy and rental goals, while contributing to a positive atmosphere in the office and portraying a positive image of the company in your activities. You will oversee and coordinate the orientation of new tenants and assist with performing office management and clerical tasks.
