Full Job Description

The District Manager is fully accountable to provide support to onsite teams and work as the liaison between the site team and Regional Manager. District Managers will oversee and ensure that the value of the property is maintained. Motivate property team to foster positive attitudes to ensure the success and profitability of the property.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, (College Degree is preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) years of general tax credit experience
• Working Knowledge of Onsite or Yardi Software
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
