MARK A. MAYFIELD

Chief Executive Officer

Education & Background:

Mark A. Mayfield is a lifelong resident of Marble Falls. He graduated from Marble Falls High School in 1975. He attended Texas State University in San Marcos graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mark has been the Executive Director of the Marble Falls Housing Authority since 1987. He now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Texas Housing Foundation, a regional Housing Authority.

Involvement:

He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Public Housing Authorities Directors Association, a national association head –quartered in Washington, D.C.; as well as the Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation and the Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation. He has been selected by the Congress to participate on several committees addressing national affordable housing issues, as well as the State Legislature addressing state-wide housing issues. He is a former President of the Texas Housing Association, the Marble Falls Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce, the Highland Lakes Health Fund, and the Marble Falls Kiwanis Club. He served on the Marble Falls City Council from 1993-97.

ALLISON MILLIORN

Vice President of Finance and Administration

Personal and Professional Background:

Allison Milliorn has worked with the Texas Housing Foundation since 2009. She is responsible for ensuring that the Texas Housing Foundation's financial records comply with generally accepted accounting principles, regulatory body guidelines and governmental accounting standards

Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Religion from the University of Mary Hardin – Baylor in Belton, Texas. In 2012, she received her certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

She lives in Bertram Texas with her husband and two sons. She enjoys volunteering with the Children's Advocacy Center in Burnet, Texas.

LUCY WEBER

Vice President of Affordable Housing Programs

Personal and Professional Background:

Lucy Weber has been employed with the Texas Housing Foundation as Vice President of Affordable Housing Programs since 2003. She is responsible for the management and compliance of the THF property portfolio. Her knowledge and background in property management ensures the complexity of maintaining compliance with the various affordable housing programs monitored by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and other organizations. She is committed to an above standard management style that allows the THF residents to feel pride in their home.

Lucy started her career in property management in 1988 and has held positions at the site level and corporate level. Her past experience with the San Antonio Housing Authority and Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services has given her the vast knowledge in the Affordable Housing market.

She holds various designations and certifications:

  • Housing Credit Certified Professional – 2003
  • Compliance Professional-Executive – 2001
  • Certified Apartment Property Supervisor – 1999
  • Public Housing Manager – 1996

She moved to Marble Falls in 2003 with her husband and three children. She is active in her community and church and enjoys spending time with her family.

PATTI MEZGER

Vice President of Public Housing Programs

Professional Background:

Patti Mezger serves as the Vice President of Public Housing Programs. She began her career in 2001 as the receptionist and was soon promoted to Property Manager for the 100 Public Housing Units of the Marble Falls Housing Authority.

In 2003, she became the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) Coordinator for the Marble Falls Housing Authority which was a great fit as her compassion is helping people in need. She administers the program to over 200 families with the help of her assistant in all aspects of the program. Attending conferences and other training classes continuously keeps her up to date on changes in the regulations of the program.

Patti feels very fortunate to live in Marble Falls for most of her life. That is where she met and married her husband and where they are raising their two teenage sons. She spends a lot of time on the golf course watching them play golf in high school tournaments and other golf tours. When she has free time she enjoys being outdoors, water skiing, snow skiing, and travelling. Currently she serves on the board of directors for the Marble Falls Area Agriculture Booster Club, represents the Marble Falls High School golf team as the Marble Falls Athletic Booster Club representative and has helped raise funds for the Class of 2014 Project Graduation.

SETH MAYFIELD

Vice President of Facilities Management

Education, Background, and Involvement:

Seth Mayfield has been working in multi-family housing since beginning his professional career in 2012. He started work as an executive assistant at the Texas Housing Foundation and then transferred into property management. In 2014 he transferred into Facilities Management. A Marble Falls native, he attended both Marble Falls High School and Faith Academy of Marble Falls. He attended Texas Tech University, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor degree in Business Management.

Seth served on the City of Marble Falls Parks and Recreation Commission from 2012-2014, has been a member of the Marble Falls Rotary Club, and is active in a youth program called Team Focus. He is also an active member of the Texas Tech Austin-area Alumni Association.
